Price list imports, RRP lists and anything an agent suggests wait here. Nothing changes until you press Approve.
Press "Fix" to tell the assistant what a word means. It is added to the mishearings list.
Choose the full SKU price list file(s) from the order system (CSV). You will see every change before it is used: new products, changed dealer prices and weights.
A CSV with two columns: CODE, RRP (A$ including GST). A blank RRP shows "RRP on request".
When a dealer types or says the word on the left, the assistant reads it as the word on the right. For example voice-to-text writes "Rio" for "Reo".
Exchange rate, customs buffer, shipping card and discounts, customs fees, bar rules, nicknames and popular-item lists. Changes go live within about 30 seconds. Anything invalid is refused and nothing changes.
A key lets an AI agent use the assistant's tools at /mcp. "Read" can quote and report; "Propose" can also suggest changes, which wait in Approvals. Each key is shown once.
